I added an E-mail to Web Portal and my game reset

We recommend that you add an e-mail to your account and verify it. This is to ensure that you do not lose access to the game in case of any problems with Facebook.

If you haven't added an e-mail to your account, please follow the instructions in the following article:

However, if after adding an e-mail, you see a completely different game, don't worry, there are reasons for that, and it can be fixed.

 

Reason 1. A new account was created instead of adding an e-mail.

A. Please check your account settings by clicking the button "Menu", then "My account":

B. It should have the field "Social networks":

C. If you have the "Social networks" field present, then have a look at Reason 2. But if the field "Social networks" is not there, you have probably just created a new game account.

In this case, please:

aa. Click the button "Menu" in the upper left corner of the page, then "Log out":

bb. In the login window click the "Facebook" button:

cc. Wait for the game to load and make sure that your original island is loaded.

Reason 2. You may have changed account priority.

A. Go to the account settings by clicking the buttons "Menu" and "My account":

B. Please, check the button "Make primary". If it is next to "E-mail", everything is fine. If it is next to the "Social networks" field, then click on this button to get your account back:

C. Click on "Play" in the upper left corner of the page and check if the correct game progress is loaded:

If after this, your game does not appear, please leave us a request so that we can help you. Attach a screenshot of the account settings to your message so that the "E-mail" and "Social networks" fields are visible in it.
