How do I change my email address?

If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your game account, or would simply like to use another address for the game, follow these steps to change it:

1. Open the game.
2. Click on the button Menu (1) in the top left corner and select My Account (2). This will open your Portal Account page.
   
3. Click Edit next to the current email address.
   
   
4. Enter your password and the new email address, then click Save.

    Note

   You can only use a valid email address that is not linked to any existing game account.

5. A verification email will be sent to the address that you entered. Follow the link in it, then click Verify your email on the page that will open.
6. Done! You can now use the new email address to log into your game.

   For added security, we will also send a notification about this to the old email address.
